The first sweep, inside the week.
This is the uncomfortable one. It surfaces years of accumulated exposure in a single pass, and it arrives as one written report rather than a hundred notifications. Most members read it twice.
You set the threshold.
We go through that first report together and agree what is worth hearing about. Afterward you are told the things you would want to be woken for and not the things you would not, and that line is yours to move.
Devices come under the watch.
Protection goes on the machines you actually use. It runs quietly, it reports its own health, and it does not stop you working to ask whether you meant to open your own file.
Then it simply runs.
Anything urgent reaches you at once, by whichever channel you nominated. Everything else arrives once a month in writing, short enough to read and clear enough to forward.
